The federation has formally submitted a memorandum to the Kerala State Higher Education Council seeking statutory representation for ministerial staff in all decision-making committees.
A KPCMSF delegation met senior officials of the Higher Education Department to discuss pending promotions, staff-pattern revision and timely fixation of pay.
The State Committee reviewed district-level activities and finalised the action plan for the coming quarter, including the membership drive and welfare-fund expansion.
The federation has urged the government to clear the backlog of promotions in aided colleges and to issue clarificatory orders on seniority disputes.
